—  BuildCo has been remodeling private residence condos at the ‘W’ for about three years, having previously done large exterior landscaping work there with Pilgrim Building. During these twelve different projects we spruced up the basics: included additional lighting (fine art lighting as well), wallpaper, upgraded countertops and provided audio/visual construction services.
